Today, 24-7-2005 (sunday) i went for jogging at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa together with my uncle's family. Well, this day is "Hari Keluarga Polis Di-Raja Malaysia 2005". And we does our exercise together with "Pak Lah". Here's some "Pak Lah"'s photo... lol...

My Personal Network Tester

Last few weeks i went to Low Yat and manage to buy network cable tester ... When i found the places which sell network cable tester, i get stuned when i see the price.. RM 75... better go robe bank la... two connectors and 8 L.E.D only so expensive...

So I decided to make one myself... Here how it looks like...



Looks lousy right? But i designed it to have one more function then the one which sold in market. Because i install it with 16 L.E.Ds.. So that we can know which line in the cable is spoiled if the cable do having line failure even for Peer-to-peer network cable. The price to do this? Actually below RM 10... The two connectors is cabut out from spoiled network card which ppl throw away to tong sampah together with the CPU.. lol..

As you all can see... this is the network CAT5E cable which connected with RJ-45 connectors. My tester shows that it work perfectly...

While this one.... 2 of the LED of each colour failed on... this means 2 tiny cables in the CAT5E cable or The RJ-45 connector(s) having problem.

Din't go back to hometown for Almost 3 weeks already...

Haih... Very boring staying in a house without broadband internet.. Everyday have to go to UTAR ICT just for online... T.T..

I wanna start doing networking for "cari makan" a bit... won't charge much... won't expensive as the computer center.. but some of my tools left at hometown... have to go back to collect... =p

Long time din't online using my own pc liao..... T.T stupid utar's pc cannot do much thing...

Last meet her together with her friend at KLCC 2nd July 2005... our 3rd time meet... i'm too shy and not dare to speak too much.. T.T .. so no use...
